Duties: |
Take responsibility for planning and arrangement of maintenance, management, consolidation, reformation and early remediation of civil air defense work in the whole city; peace-combat combination and safety management o civil air defense work in the whole city; rebuild and compensate illegal removal and damages to civil air defense work regarding to Law of Civil Air Defense Work and under authorization of Municipal Civil Air Defense Office; take charge of quality supervision and management of civil air defense work in the whole city, porthole defense, platform transition, anti-explosion facilities, attenuating shock wave equipment and other professional facilities and equipment about civil air defense of anti-air basement so as to ensure quality of the engineering. |
