Duties: |
Take responsibility for compiling initiated peace-combat regulations and integral guarantee scheme of 809 engineering; instruct counties (cities) to implement communication and alarm construction of civil air defense; daily maintenance, management, maintenance of application and operation, detection and repair, acceptance, integration and issue of intelligence signal of facilities, communication alarm and commanding automatic system of 809 engineering; take charge of security warning of military control area of 809 engineering, full-time war preparedness duties, safety and confidentiality; carry out scientific research and tackle key problems in science and technology, offer feasible technical proposals to update and promote the system platform. |
