Duties: |
Compile budget and final settlement of expenditure for civil air defense in the whole city; take responsibility for checking, registering, examination and approval of property right, assets statistics of national assets about civil air defense, construction, daily supervision and inspection of assets account; supervise civil air defense office in various counties (cities) and districts to implement financial policies and regulations about civil air defense; audit expenditure of civil air defense in counties (cities), districts and subordinate institutions; take charge of formulating development planning combined with peace and combat in the whole city and annual implementation planning; supervise and instruct administrative center for municipal civil air defense work and basic civil air defense office to carry out work combined with peace and combat; take charge of raising funds for constructing civil air defense, use and management of expenditure for constructing civil air defense work, management and comprehensive statistics of income and expenses of the organ. |
