Duties: |
Take responsibility for formulating planning to command civil air defense organization and constructing communication alarm, formulating and perfecting anti-air attack pre-arranged planning and various guarantee planning; organizing its implementation and the guarantee planning at wartime; organizing anti-air attack drill and instructing group training of professional civil air defense team;participate in formulating precaution proposals against urban disasters and relief measures, organize and carry out knowledge education about civil air defense for junior middle schools; coordinate relevant departments with instructing units with key economic target to formulate defense aid repair scheme; instruct municipal civil air defense station and communication combined with peace and combat, network construction of commutation and alarm in various counties (cities) and districts and personnel training; take charge of application and management of the automatic command system in the command center. |
