Duties: |
Take responsibility for compiling construction planning for civil air defense and annual engineering in the whole city; participate in managing construction of civil air defense in the whole city, check budge and final settlement of expenditure of the engineering; approving drawing design of basement combined with civil building, supervision and inspection of construction quality, completeness and acceptance, charges of construction fee in other places; take charge of training and academic communication of technicians for civil air defense work in the whole city; instructing maintenance, management, development and utility of civil air defense work and transition work between peace and combat function; supervising and checking requirements of civil air defense combined with development and construction of urban underground space; supervising implementation of laws and regulations about civil air defense; drafting local regulations, rules ground plan and other normative documents related to administration of civil air defense; responding to lawsuit of administrative law enforcement, administrative review and administrative lawsuit about civil air defense. |
